The last morning of November 2017 brought a brilliant sky with a dead calm Great South Bay, perfect for some photography from the ground and a drone flight.

I could have used some help as I was multitasking, shooting from the ground with three different lenses, flying the drone, and trying out a new gimbal setup with drone technology for my iphone.

Everything went well until I had a Northern Harrier and Bald Eagle both fly directly overhead at low altitude with perfect light.  Unfortunately I was controlling the drone at the time and missed two lifetime shots.

All taken on the Great South Bay on the border between Bellport and Brookhaven 11-30-17.
