Fire Island lived up to its name over the Fourth of July weekend.
We were treated to stunning light shows before and after sunset on both Saturday and Sunday.
Sunday evening in particular stood out, as the overcast skies turned brilliant colors for about an hour after sunset.
These shots were taken from Davis Park on July 2 and July 3.
