The National Weather Service has issued its last advisory on Michael, that has now become sub-tropical as it races into the Atlantic to our Southeast.   I couldn’t check the surf this morning on the Davis Park Cameras due to a power outage but the power was restored around 1o:00 a.m.  I was initially surprised at the calm conditions and low water around high tide at 9:54.

By 11:00 a.m. the surf quickly came up and completely inundated the beach.  Photos below from the Davis Park Beach and Surf Cams around 11:00 a.m.
