I have found the best cure for insomnia: getting up and heading to Montauk for Sunrise. I did just that on Saturday morning. On the way out I was a little concerned that I was wasting my time as I drove through some heavy fog. As I arrived to the point the fog was gone but replaced by clear skies as I took a few shots on the north side of the Lighthouse. Clear skies are great later in the day but make for a boring sunrise.
I repositioned at Camp Hero and captured some nice clouds behind the lighthouse as the sun came up.
