I got over to Davis Park on Sunday, March 11th,  to see for myself how the beach fared after back to back March Nor’easters.  While it appears the beach has built back up, it may be a little misleading as the tide was extraordinarily low yesterday.  While most of the  stairs that lead to the beach have been ripped out, most of the home damage seems to be in homes that are slated to be removed sometime this Spring for the Dune Restoration Project.  Suffolk County has created a website link with updates on the project here.

I also took a bunch of images from the ground and more drone footage above the marina and north shore of Davis Park that I will post later.
