Winter Barrier Beach Botany Walk Saturday

We’ll visit dune, swale, and lee shore habitats during this winter walk, and explore barrier island plants along the way. Identifying plants in winter without their leaves and flowers is sometimes challenging, but always fun, and a great way to experience the chilly season on Fire Island. Roundtrip walk 1 mile.
